Bananas Flaherty

3-Med. Bananas, Peeled & Cut in 1/4 " Slices
1-10 oz. Container Flaherty's Hot Buttered Rum
3-Tbs. Cream or Milk
1/8-C. Bacardi Dark Rum

Melt Hot Buttered Rum with the cream in a large, heavy sauce pan. Stir with a wire whisk to remove any lumps  and bring to a boil for 1-minute. Add bananas and stir 1-minute. Add rum & ignite. Serve flaming over rich,  vanilla ice cream.  Serves 6-8 People.

Irish Custard Bread

2-Eggs, Slightly Beaten
1 1/2-C. Milk
1-Tbs. Flaherty's Eggnog
1-Tsp. Vanilla
1/2-Tsp. Salt
6-1" Slices French Bread, Cinnamon

Beat eggs, eggnog, salt & vanilla together. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray & place bread  slices in dish. Pour egg mixture over bread and sprinkle with  cinnamon. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at  350 for 50 minutes & uncover & bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with fresh raspberries or warm maple syrup. Enjoy!

Baked Irish Apples

6-Baked Apples, Cored
9-Tbs. Flaherty's Hot Buttered Rum
6-Tbs. Water or Apple Juice
2-Tbs. Chopped Pecans

Mix Hot Buttered Rum and Pecans; fill cored apples with mixture and place in a baking dish.  Pour 1-Tbs. of water or juice over each apple and bake for 60-minutes at 350.  Serve warm with a dollop of ice cream.

Apples Betty O'Malley

4-C. Sliced Pared Tart Apples
(Macintosh Work Best)
1/4-C. Orange Juice
1/2-C. Sugar
1-Cont. Flaherty's Pine Mt. Spices
3/4-C. Sifted All-Purpose Flour
1/2-C. Instant Oatmeal
Dash Salt
1/2-C. Butter

Mound apples in buttered 9" pie plate; sprinkle with orange juice.  Combine sugar, Pine Mt. Spice, flour, spices, oatmeal & salt; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over apples.  Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp.  Serve warm with ice cream.  Makes 6 Servings.
